Star Trek Into Darkness

Watched it last night (went to the preview!!) with two friends who had invited me to go to the movies. They had never cared about Star Trek and had mocked me for being a Trekkie (in a friendly way, of course). Well, they both liked it, mainly for Benedict Cumberbatch and Chris Pine, and I was like: "See, I told you it's good!" Of course it was an action movie for a broad audience, and I was neither surprised nor disappointed that they just ripped the old Space Seed/Wrath of Khan story and switched roles between Kirk and Spock. Why not? It's fun. Khaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan!
